Sažetak
One of the main objectives of UKF project REPHAD - Reduction of environmental risks posed by pharmaceuticals and their degradation products in process wastewaters, through RO/NF membrane treatment – is the data collection and pharmaceuticals database creation. Up today many data are collected and organized in REPHAD pharmaceutical database. Data of about 50 pharmaceuticals detected in Croatian water samples are included in the database. Data are organized in four arrays: General information, Physical and chemical properties, Degradation products/metabolites and Determination. General information comprises data such as pharmaceutical name, structural formula, IUPAC name, CAS number, chemical formula and known degradation products/metabolites. Selecting Physical and chemical properties user will find data about pharmaceutical molecular weight, solubility, vapour pressure, stability, log KOW, pKa, half-life and many more information from available literature. Degradation products/metabolites array consists of data of known degradation products and metabolites of pharmaceuticals included in the database: name of degradation products, structural formulas, types of degradation, degradation experiments, analytical methods for degradation products determination. Analytical techniques for pharmaceuticals determination in different water samples (effluent and influent wastewater, production water, municipal wastewater, river water, model wastewater...) are contained in Determination array. Sample pre-treatment, sample preparation and chromatographic conditions are presented. For all data presented in the REPHAD database, literature references with links to manuscripts web page are provided. Pharmaceuticals database will be available on the REPHAD web page (www.fkit.hr/ukf).
