The nearest inpatient institution is Osijek University Hospital in \f65535\fs14 OSijek. \f65535\fs14 at a 33 km distance from Beli Manastir. The aim of the presel1tation is tO provide the survey of patients with c!inica! picture of cerebrovascu!ar diseases \f65535\fs16 (CVD) examined \f65535\fs14 at \f65535\fs16 BMHC Emergency Unit from November I, 1997 \f65535\fs14 (the time of Baranya reintegration into the legal system of the Repub!ic of Croatia after the war) tili \f65535\fs16 December 31, 200 I. During the study pe\-\f65535\fs14 riod, 513 patients with CVD symptoms, 250 men and 263 women. mean age 69.46 (age range 25-100) years, were ex\-\f65535\fs16 ammed. \f65535\fs14 A majority of patients belonged \f65535\fs16 tO the 61 -70 (n=201) \f65535\fs14 and \f65535\fs16 71-80 (n= 176) age groups. In the group of \f65535\fs16 patients \f65535\fs14 with \f65535\fs16 the \f65535\fs16 diagnosis of \f65535\fs16 nonspecified stroke (n=392), \f65535\fs14 a \f65535\fs16 female predominance was recorded (206 women vs 186 meni. 401 patients were referred to and 229 of \f65535\fs14 them were \f65535\fs16 hospitalized at the Department of \f65535\fs16 Neurology. Majority of companies stiH does not have a planned approach\par}\fi-211\sb0\sl-230\qj{\f65535\fs20 ~ toward the diet of their employees, which would include sp are time for lunch and an accessible restaurant with adequate offering.\par}\fi0\sb0\sl-230\qj{\f65535\fs20 Aim: To discover the prevalence of asymptomatic nephrolithiasis in the manageriai population and to compare it with the prevalence in the general population.\par}\fi0\sb0\sl-230\qj{\f65535\fs20 Methods: Managers perform regular preventive systematic checkups which include ultrasonographic examination of upper urinary tract. Data from 703 examined managers (411 men and 292 women) was compared with the data recieved from the exams of 705 people from the control group (413 men and 292 women), which are not managers.\par}\ri0\fi0\sb0\sl-230\qj{\f65535\fs20 Resuits: Ultrasonographic examinations of 703 managers showed asymptomatic nephrolithiasis in 39 cases (5.55%), of those 29 were in men (7,05%) and 10 were in women (3,42%).
