Sažetak
The paper exemplifies the procedure of compiling the "left side" for a specialized aviation English dictionary and attempts to show how the choice of lexical information in such a dictionary can be presented to match the intended user needs. Special attention is paid to the choice and presentation of collocations, and the assumed distinction between lexical collocations and specialized (LSP) lexical combinations is being examined on the aviation English data.
