Sažetak
In 19 hemodialysis patients with severe renal anemia(mean hemoglobin(Hg)73+/-6 g/l) left ventricular function was investigated with radionuclide ventriculography at rest and during exercise twice: a)before recombinant human erythropoietin therapy(rHuEPO Th) and b)after 3.4+/-1.4 months when target Hb reached 100 g/l.
