Sažetak
Purpose: Measurement of the skin dose in simulation on the angiographic equipment "Shimadzu" Digitex 2400 (Japan) with imitation of most similar conditions wich exists during performing interventional radiological procedures M&M: the phantom made of 260 mm thick polystyrene (hard, transparent, thermoplastic synthetic resin) was used as a model for skin dose measurement. Dosimetry measurements of such phantom and water showed equivalency. ionization chamber (type 23342, serial number 1280, calibrated in german National Labpratory, PTB Braunschweig) was placed inside phantom and connected on the electrometer Unidos, PTW freiburg. Parameters such SSD, air gap and FOV were changed during fluoroscopy. Results: Reduced SSD, increased air gap and decreased FOV significantly increase patient dose Conclusions: Developement of radiology and continuosly increasing workload in radiology departments, especially complicated IC procedures, desreve special requirements according to patient and personal safety.
