Sažetak
The performed investigation gives an analytical insight into mechanical interaction between body and ground (and thus indirectly into the function of the neuromuscular system) in the conditions of a take-off from the ground in high jumps on the spot. The results are exact markers of training conditions of football players in the preparatory period. These preliminary results give the opportunity of further research in the same problem in a larger group (groups) of examinees, and of its application in the preparatory period as an initial and transitional marker, as well as the final marker in the process of the training planning and programming.
