Sažetak
Evidence for the species trapped by trimethylsilylation in peroxidase mediated oxidation of urate leaving the tetrakis(trimethylsilyl)spirodihydantoin structure is provided by its hydrolysis, reaction with diazomethane, and actual isolation and identification of tetramethylspirodihydantoin.
