Sažetak
High demands on purity of chemical substances and drugs are wide known issue. NMR as analitical method has high sensitivity. In our work we used H NMR as final method for checking purity of betainhydroxamic acid. Betainhydroxamic acid was sitesised by previous published procedure. Betainethyl-ester was sintethized reaction trimethylamine with chlorethycarboxilacid, ad isolated from...... HNMR spetra showed 4 chemicaly and magnetycaly non.equvalent protons on 6.26, 5.76, 4.8 and 2.76 ppm. No significant impuritys was observed. In reaction betainethylester with hydroxylamine, betainhydroxamic acid was sithesised. Reaction was performed in two parallel series. Two samples of betainhydroxyamic acid were analysed by means of NMR. In sample nr.1 we didn't foudn any significant impurity but in sample nr.2 we foud more peaks than we expected. Shifts of extra fouded peaks were different from shifts foud in betainethylester.
