Sažetak
Plasma proteins(PP)are turned over relatively rapidly and are an essential part of metabolic adaptation.Bovine total PP,plasma globulins(PG)and plasma albumins(PA)during fattening in relation to muscle mass and protein content were investigated in 24 Simmental bulls at 3.9,11.5 and 13.5 months of age.Significant relationship of PP with m.longissimus dorsi(LD)share implicate that redistribution of PP did occur during the muscle growth inspite of rather uniform mean values. The majority of protein accretion took place early in the bulls life(3.9mos) as it was suggested by the significant relationship of PP and(PG) with LD protein content.
