Sažetak
We preseneted our results in the treatment of ROP. A retrospective study included 331 (662 eyes) premature infants born between 1.04.2007. and 1.10.2008. According to ETROP study 165 eyes were treated with diode laser, 4 eyes were treated with additional intravitreal injection of bevacizumab 0.5 mg/0.025 ml. Of 662 eyes, 381 (57.7%) were found with ROP. Intravitreal injection of bevacizumab should be considered as an additional therapeutic option when the conventional therapy with diode laser fails.
