Sažetak
Municipium Flavium Andautonia, municipium founded during the rule of Flavian dinasty in the territory of province Pannonnia, was very important Roman settlement in the territory of Croatia. The aim of this article is to examine existing sources from the settlement and with the application of legal texts found elsewhere, in similar settlements, to propose a framework for its demographical structure and legal position. Especially with the aid of recently discovered lex Irnitana, the possible lex Andautoniensis and its provisions would be used to solve puzzle of its form of incorporation and the role of the patron during that process.
