Sažetak
Regarding the increasing presence of information and communication technologies as well as the development of adequate logistic systems with the aim of reducing the costs and improving the process of telecommunication operator service delivery, the solution for a simple, efficient and fast delivery of services is achieved in cooperation with the logistics operator. The paper analyzes the telecommunication operator who uses the outsourced logistics services to deliver the telecommunication equipment to the end user, including the requested service. The telecommunication service delivery via the logistics operator is a process of coordinating numerous activities which serve the purpose of delivering the requested service to the end user. The analysis of the process of delivering the user packages (equipment and services) through the logistics operator and the usage of advanced telecommunication systems has shown a number of positive effects.
