In all branches of agriculture, even in viticulture, the last time more than ever is thinking of environmentally acceptable methods of production. Specifically, the fast development of science and technology allow manufacturer significantly increase yields and the successful control of diseases and pests. Today, we are increasingly aware of the consequences such modes of production according to the environment, and thus the health and existence of man. Cultivate wine branch on ecological way or not, is a personal decision by the manufacturer. Apart from the knowledge and experience in the cultivation of vines, it is necessary, to acquaint themselves with the principles of ecological farming, and to cooperate with employees of the Croatian Institute for agricultural advisory and services. Accordingly, in this work is shown the way and time, and all the procedures to obtain the label of “ eco product“ . All items related to legal regulations and laws are processed, and basic requirements associated with obtaining a label of "eco product". towars the legislation of the Republic of Croatia, and we will touch on the legislation and the European Union. In the practical part the implementation of eco stamp on the field and in practice is presented. Showed path that consists of the first professional supervision, register manufacturers, professional oversight, publishing the certificate, and obtaining the label of "eco product", is demanding and covers a lot of steps. We'll spend a label of "eco product" on the wine and carefully explain and describe every step of receiving, and thus we will show. Shown procedure is compatible with the procedures and documentation as it is implemented by Supervisory station, which is authorized by the Ministry of agriculture, fisheries and rural development.
