Sažetak
The purpose of the project is to investigate, which options can be taken to secure achieving the Kyoto target between 2008 and 2012 and leading to continued reductions of GHG emissions after 2012 in Croatia. These options will include: Cost-effective policies and measures, introduction of a domestic emissions trading scheme, Assessment of purchasing of emission reductions from JI and CDM projects
