Sažetak
New Telecom World comprises convergence of voice and data, combined with full user mobility. This approach requires massive change of all subjects in this industry area, both suppliers and operators. Ericsson Nikola Tesla, the largest telecom products and solutions supplier in Croatia, executed the CS 2004 project (Competence Shift towards New Telecom World), aiming to remain the leader in this telecom battlefield of the future. Article describes different aspects of the project as well as competence measurements, undertaken during the project.
