Sažetak
One specimen (TL=532 mm, W=662 g) of the yellowmouth barracuda, Sphyraena viridensis, was caught b yan angler on 3 August 2008 in fornt of the Port of Rijeka (Northenr Adriatic). Being caught at the geographic latitude of 45o17'N, makes this record the northernmost occurrence of this species in the Mediterranean.
