Sažetak
By the year 2020 the intermodal industry and the related service providers will have gained access to numerour, qualified and motivated intermodal labour. Those involved in the activities of intermodal transport development have the objective of becoming intermodal managers/organizers who will design efficient and effective logistic chains, based on impartial neutral information and documentation. What is required is the “ creative intelligence” and the competence of making strategic partnership in the logistics chain, forecast demand, make balanced decisions on investments into intermodal infrastructure and, finally, know how to combine the limited resources in order to make profit.
