Sažetak
Authors put the current aggression by Serbian leaders into a wider context of aggressive policies by totalitarian regimes in Europe before the outbreak of second World War. As in those years absence of reaction on the part of democratic countries spellt the end of League of Nations, so the present inadequate reaction to aggression in former Yugoslavia weakens UN and other international organisations, endangering nuclear disarmament process as well.
