Sažetak
This paper explores environmental performance of Croatian companies in relation to strategic orientation and organizational design. Environmental performance is an important issue for countries like Croatia that gain significant percentage of their revenue from tourism. Two hypotheses are explored throughout the paper. The first one is that companies with adequate strategy and organizational design show better environmental performance. The second hypothesis is that companies with high congruence among corporate strategy and organizational structure have achieved better environmental performance.
