Sažetak
AutoNEST program is assigned to reduce waste and increase productivity in cutting processes of profile, pipe, tube, bar and similar bar-like products. Based on a list of available material the program finds the optimum cutting sequence that results in significant waste reduction - approximately one to 2.5 percent. Main benefits of the AutoNEST program usage are: *material savings (waste reduction may be greater than 80 percent), *permanent and immediate insight into the material availability, *developed cutting technology which reduces setup times, *immediate availability of data necessary for production cost estimation.
