Sažetak
The e-mail is a good journalist tool which is used for communication with the sources, communication with the users of the media and communication inside the editorial office. The greatest problem about using the e-mail is using it for interview. The authors mention the lack of the nonverbal form of communication and the static quality of communication as problems during the interview. The use of the e-mail is allowed in cases of geographical distances or some other cases when it's the only way to interview somebody. In such cases it's absolutely necessary to mention that the interview was done via e-mail. The study of the Butković- Sanader case showed all the disadvantages of using the e-mail. This case was the base for the procedure of using the e-mail as a tool for interview.
