Sažetak
It is no news that new technologies seem to be an indispensable part of our lives. They are reflected in the way we live, work and learn. The integration of technology into the area of foreign language learning is widespread and offers a growing number of media and tools. Therefore, a careful selection of tools is necessary in order to provide a true technology enhanced and rich learning environment that would meet the needs of the learners. This article will discuss possibilities for introducing technology in the foreign language classroom at the tertiary level. It will also more closely look at the potentials behind the Visual Thesaurus program as a useful tool for enhancing vocabulary skills for English language students at the tertiary level.
