Sažetak
Application of a AE leak monitoring system at Gas Treatment Plant Molve III as environment safety improvement is considered. Background acoustical noise was monitored all around a year in different climate conditions at a choice of technologicaly characteristic production locations. In implementation of acoustic emission a multi-channel system capable digitize and capture acoustic emission (AE) signals is under development. Arrays of multiple identical sensors are used for greater reliability and accuracy than those of single sensors. Software for data collecting and processing of the acoustic signals is under testing. Different beam forming pattern software are under testing as through array application good spatial resolution should be achieved. As a Acoustic Emission Leak Monitoring system should be applied under industrial environment conditions, arrays noise sensitivity is also under assessment. For all performance testing real acoustical data collected at GTP Molve are used.
