Sažetak
The development of Corridor Vc Motorway (part of the Trans European Network) is considered a sub-national priority (i.e. of the Federation BiH) if not a national priority. On the other hand, its financing needs are huge exceeding the fiscal capacity of national authorities, not to mention of the respective sub-national authorities. Accordingly, it is even more important to ensure that the project financing is made with regard for the capacity of public sources since the authorities have already begun to implement some sections of the Corridor Vc Motorway. The purpose of this paper is to point to reference class forecasting, and contribute to getting a realistic picture of the project in order to have private sectors investors interested in considering the utilisation of the BOT project financing.
