Sažetak
PMWS was confirmed by gross pathological and histopathological examination as well as by detection of PCV2 by imunohistochemistry (IHC). Flow cytometric analysis showed that PMWS diseased animals had significantly decreased number of T lymphocytes, CTLs, naï ve Th cells and activated CTLs.
