Sažetak
The VNT using three standard CSF strains was regarded as the reference method. The ELISA test was found moderately accurate with the AUC index 0.70. In this study the two-graph receiver operating characteristic (TG-ROC) analysis was used as a tool for selecting optimal cut-off points.
