Sažetak
The authors expose antidogmatic idea of historical materialism. It takes into consideration the full complexity of a peculiar relation between material and ideational productions. These are, in their dialectical conjuction, viewed as a duality of two equally important poles in the production of a historicaly world by real human beings. The authors demosrated in their paper the variotions of historical materialism by an analysis of the most relevant books by two of the best known Yogoslav sociologists of religion: Esad Ćimić and Srdjan Vrcan.
