Sažetak
The anatomy of olea leaves was investigated. The Oblica, Lastovka and Levantinka olive sort are cultivated in central Dalmatia.Morphology of olea leaves is bifacial with trichomes located on the lower epiderm.The inner structure of the leaves in mesophyll classifites the olea in euxerophytes The special sclereids appearance is noted, i.e. mechanical lignified cells. They are most often located between the parenchyma cells and in all sorts they appear in morphologically known I, T, Y forms of sclereides.
