Sažetak
Hydrogen bonds in ferrocene derivatives gain special attention because they could play a crucial role in regulating three dimensional structure and highly-ordered molecular assemblies. Herein we present supramolecular structures of three N-acetyl ferrocene amino acids derivatives: methyl 1'-(acetamido)ferrocene-1-carboxylate (1), 1’ -acetamidoferrocene-1-carboxazide (2) and methyl 1'-(1-acetamidoethyl)ferrocene-1-carboxylate (3). The molecules of 1 are assembled by one N– H...O intermolecular hydrogen bond, so producing a C(4) chain motif parallel to the a axis. The same supramolecular synthon, C(4) chain, links the molecules of 3 parallel to the b axis. On the other hand, the supramolecular assembling of 2 is quite different, and the molecules linked by same, N– H...O hydrogen bond, form centrosymmetric dimmer.
