Sažetak
On the Adriatic carbonatte platform rudist thrived exclusively in biostromes, which were in alternation with foraminiferal wackestone-packstones. From deeper to shallower parts of the subtidal environment, the biodiversity of rudists changed from rare hippuritids in deeper subtidal, over combined hippuritid-radiolitid biota, to densly packed monospecific radiolitid biostromes of the shallowest part of subtidal.
