Sažetak
Use of the modern computer facilities and methods of obtaining and processing data allows to deepen and accelerate the analysis of data indispensable for optimizing processes of a metal forming minimizing at the same time the costs of production. The computer program Qform 2D adapted to conditions of the wheel rolling manufacture is used within several years at the Open joint-stock society “ Interpipe - Nikopolski tube rolling works” for solving problems connected with choice of the optimum schemes for the hot plastic deforming of wheel blank and analysis of existing and development of new groovings of the die-forging tool etc.
