Sažetak
The choice of port installations which could be incorporated into the already existing installations located within the Bay require a very objective analysis. The loading and unloading capacities and facilities, which do met all requirements for the environemental protection, justify the concept of a large port area model, necessitating the grouping together of the very same acitivities within one particular port zone. Thus, it would be possible even for the problem of further development of the port of Rijeka out of the city nucleus to be sovled together with the successful rearrangement of the area formerly used by the cokery of Bakar.
