Sažetak
During the last 20 years of the development of the processes for the chemical preparation of Si3N4 in the fine particulate form (under 1nm) and of high purity using the methods different from those today usualy applied (carbothermic reduction of SiO2 and further nitridation, direct silicon nitridation, reaction in the gaseous state and silicon diimide process), experienced a continuous interest. Of this new methods the most important ones are: plasma reaction, laser reaction, silicon-sulphur-nitrogen reaction. Such a contemporary methods give silicon nitride powders of high quality but at higher price. The methods mentioned are currently used only at a preparation of silicon nitride for special purposes. In the future it's expectable to reach furthewr rise in development of the economically sound preparation procedures.
