Sažetak
The paper compares the legal status of administered and ad hoc arbitration under Croatian law prior to and after the new Arbitration Law of 2001. A significant change is being diagnosed, in particular regarding the institutional arbitrations that are not any more considered to belong to national judicial system. The author advocates separate regulation that would give certain privileges to domestic institutions that administer arbitration.
