Sažetak
Since the efficasy of Botulinum toxin type - A (BTX -A) in preventing migraine headache still remains controversial, there is an unmet need for identifying a predicitive factor that will indicate responders from non-responders. Our results indicate that cutaneus allodynia could be a predictive factor for responders and non-responders to BTX -A prophylactic therapy in migraine.
