Sažetak
Organizational, coordinative, planning and administrative procedures in the establishment of an integrated university are closely related to the supposition of the existence of a relevant ICT infrastructure and implementation of an adequate eBusiness model. In the majority of work places, on all functions of high education system, appropriate hardware has been installed for various reasons. Non-existence or insufficient use of the targeted and functionally adapted program and communication support for the support and the implementation of planning and administrative decisions are hardly feasible without an integrated information system regarding the equipment used in the high education system. In the paper, the procedure of database designing and implementation regarding various hardware, software, presentation, communication and laboratory equipment in the function of high education is presented, in such a manner, which is undoubtedly, and based on actual measurements, showing the measurable and the immeasurable effects of eBusiness use in that area, too.
