Sažetak
Most authors speak about the innovation process, which is not requisitely precise for all its crucial attributes to be clearly understood and managed with requisite holism of thinking, decision making, and action. One should better speak about the invention-innovation process and view it as a complex and complicated entity of many phases in interdependences. These phases produce different results entering different markets and requiring different market tools and measures. They even lead to an uncertain future - affluence, and require social responsibility to be combined with creativity, especially innovation yielding broader social benefit, not profit only.
