Sažetak
The objective of our experiment was to develop fast and efficient method for determination of florfenicol in plasma which could be used during pharmacokinetic studies.Method conduction on monolithic HPLC column of new generation, shorten elution time with extremely strong correlation of the results. Florfenicol plasma concentrations after application of Floron® ; ; ; ; ; and Nuflor® ; ; ; ; ; have almost the same absorption trends, but the statistical analysis shows significant differences in their elimination dynamics. Florfenicol concentration in pig plasma stays in method working range for six days after second administration of drugs in therapeutic dose.
