Sažetak
A 33-year-old woman who had undergone venal transplant and whose immunosuppressive regimen consisted of prednisone and cyclosporine presented with gum hyperplasia. Standard 5-day azithromycin therapy was commenced and the patient followed-up. At I month post-azithromycin exposure, there was remarkable decrement in gingival hyperplasia. At 2 months follow-zip, the gingiva was near normal.
