U istra~ivanja zbog nejednake otpornosti hibrida aeerne repe protiv uzro nika pjegavosti patogene gljive Cercospora beticola Sacc. bilo je uklju eno 23 hibrida koji se ina e koriste u airokoj proizvodnji. Istra~ivanja su provedena na eutri nom smeem tlu u Topolju. Dobiveni rezultati pokazuju veliku ovisnost prinosa i kvalitete korijena o o uvanosti lista kroz vegetaciju. Tako je zbog oateenja liaa na varijantama gdje nije vraeno tretiranje fungicidima, u odnosu na varijante o uvanog lista, prinos korijena smanjen za 11,5 t/ha (13,0%), sadr~aj aeera za 1,35% (rel. 8,4%), a prinos aeera za 2,5 t/ha (20,3%). Hibridi su nejednako reagirali na napad bolesti i varijante primjene fungicida. Najvei pad prinosa istog aeera u varijantama bez primjene fungicida (viae od 3,0 t/ha) zabilje~en je kod hibrida Elixir, Tibor, Dioneta, Liana, Belinda, Solea, a najmanji (manje od 2,0 t/ha) kod hibrida Remos, Evelina, Sofarizo, Libero, Iris i Gazeta. Klju ne rije i: aeerne repa, hibridi, Cercospora beticola Sacc., prinos, kvaliteta korijena Uvod Pjegavost liaa aeerne repe koju uzrokuje gljivica Cercospora beticola Sacc. Redovito se javlja na naaim poljima s veim ili manjim posljedicama. Intenzitet zaraze i atete u proizvodnji razli it je ovisno prije svega o ekoloakim uvjetima tijekom ljeta koje viae ili manje pogoduju razvoju gljive, plodoredu i osjetljivosti sorte. No treba istai da na razvoj bolesti utje e i ope stanje biljke. Tako biljke slabije vitalnosti uzrokovane npr. nepravilnom i neizbalansiranom ishranom, suaom ili prisustvom neke bolesti korijena br~e i ja e bivaju zahvaene cerkosporom. Uslijed razvoja gljivice Cercospora beticola Sacc. asimilaciona povraina i asimilacija mogu biti smanjeni i do 10 puta, prinos korijena i do 60%, sadr~aj aeera 3-7%, uz poveanje prisustva K, Na i AmN, ato sve dovodi do smanjenja prinosa istog aeera do 42% (Mari, 1969., 1974.; Mati i urevi, 1970.; Smith and Ruppel, 1973.; Kristek i sur., 2003., 2006). Zaraza dovodi i do promjena u udjelu pojedinih dijelova repe, pa kod intenzivne zaraze glava aeerne repe je viaa, s veim udjelom u ukupnom prinosu. Nadalje, korijen zara~enih biljaka te~e se uva od vaenja do prerade. Materijal i metode Istra~ivanja su provedena u razdoblju 2005-2007. godine s ciljem da se utvrde atete koje nastaju u proizvodnji aeerne repe od patogene gljive Cercospora beticola Sacc. ovisno o primjeni fungicida i osjetljivosti-tolerantnosti hibrida. U pokuse je bilo uklju eno 23 hibrida oplemenjiva kih kua koje plasiraju sjeme u RH. Pokusi su postavljeni na eutri nom smeem tlu u Topolju u uvjetima prirodne infekcije cerkosporom u 2 varijante. Jedna varijanta bila je jako oateenje liaa, ato je postignuto izostavljanjem primjene fungicida i druga u kojoj je uz primjenu fungicida list dobro o uvan tijekom vegetacije. Prvo tretiranje fungicidima obavljeno je u momentu kada su se na oko 10% biljaka pojavili simptomi bolesti (pjege) u troj dekadi srpnja kombinacijom fungicida Alto combi 420 SC  0,5 l/ha (30% karbendazim + 12% ciprokonazol) i Fado  0,5 l/ha (50% fentinhidroksid). Drugo tretiranje obavljeno je 20-ak dana kasnije, u drugoj dekadi kolovoza, fungicidom Artea 330 EC  0,5 l/ha (25% propikonazol + 8% ciprokonazol). Vaenje pokusa (osnovna parcela-10 m2) izvraeno je sredinom listopada. Nakon vaenja utvren je prinos korijena. U Venema laboratoriju tvornice aeera Kandit Premijer d.o.o., odreena je istoa, digestija, sadr~aj K, Na i alfa-amino N (AmN) po standardnim metodama. Na osnovu tih pokazatelja prema Braunschweigerovoj formuli izra unat je prinos istog aeera po hektaru. Rezultati i rasprava Prinos korijena vrlo zna ajno je zavisio od o uvanosti liaa. Tako je uz primjenu fungicida prinos korijena u prosjeku za sve sorte i godine istra~ivanja iznosio 88,42 t/ha. Znatno ni~i, za 11,5 t/ha (13,0%) prosje ni prinos korijena ostvaren je u varijanti oateenog liaa. Razlike u prinosu korijena izmeu godina takoer su zna ajne, osobito u varijanti o uvanog liaa.Najvei prinos korijena ostvaren je 2006., a najmanji 2007. god.(Tablica 1). Tablica 1. Najvee smanjenje prinosa korijena zbog oateenja liaa, utvreno je kod hibrida Elixir, Canaria i Liana, a najmanje kod hibrida Merak, Gazeta, Iris i Apollo. Sadr~aj aeera u prosjeku za godine istra~ivanja i sve hibride u varijanti o uvanog liaa iznosio je 15,99%, a uz oateenje liaa 14,64% (Tablica 2). Razlika izmeu istra~ivanih varijanti zavisila je od godine i hibrida. Najvea digestija (17,69%) ostvarena je 2006. god. U ovoj godini razlika izmeu varijanata je najvea (1,88%) uglavnom zbog povoljnih vremenskih prilika (toplo i vla~no ljeto) za razvoj bolesti liaa. Od hibrida u prosjeku za sve tri godine, najvei pad digestije zbog oateenja liaa utvren je kod hibrida Tibor-1,84% i Libero-1,74%, a najmanji kod hibrida Compact-0,86% i Flores-0,87%. Tablica 2. Najvei prinos istog aeera, statisti ki vrlo zna ajno ostvaren je hibridima Dioneta, Flores, Solea, Tibor, Canaria i Esprit u uvjetima o uvanog liaa. Po godinama, najvei prinos aeera ostvaren je 2006. godine. Osobito je visok (16,54 t/ha) uz primjenu fungicida. Hibridi su nejednako reagirali na oateenje liaa, tj. zostanak primjene fungicida. Influence of sugar beet leaf damages in vegetation period to the root yield and quality Abstract Damages that cause decrease in the values of root yield and quality occurring due to the damage of sugar beet leaves by inadequate application of fungicides against sugar beet leaf spot were investigated in the period of 2005  2007. Due to the varying resistance of sugar beet hybrids against sugar beet leaf agent Cercospora beticola Sacc. 23 hybrids that are normally used in wide range production were included in our trials. Investigations were carried out on Eutric cambisols soil type in Topolje. Obtained results showed high correlation of root yield and quality with leaf preservation through the vegetation period. Therefore, owing to the damaged leaves of fungicide non-treated variants in comparison to the variants with preserved leaves, root yield decreased by 11.5 t/ha (13.0%), sugar content by 1.35% (rel. 8.4%), and sugar yield by 2.5 t/ha (20.3%). Hybrids unequally reacted to the disease attack and variants of fungicide applications. The highest decrease in pure sugar yield in variants with no fungicide treatment (above 3.0 t/ha) was recorded with Elixir, Tibor, Dioneta, Liana, Belinda, and Solea, and the lowest (lower than 2.0 t/ha) with Remos, Evelina, Sofarizo, Libero, Iris and Gazeta.
