Sažetak
The aim of the present study was to assess differences between the development of immunoglobulins in the peripheral blood after vaccination against CSF.The subunit vaccine as well as the attenuated vaccine did not cause statistically significant changes of the total amount of serum proteins and albumins and IgG 28 days post vaccination. However, both of the applied vaccines induced a significantly higher concentration of IgM in sera. According to the obtained results it is obvious that the pigs vaccinated with the subunit vaccine developed IgM earlier than pigs vaccinated with the attenuated vaccine, whereas control pigs had normal values of IgM immunoglobulins. This finding was in contrary to the appearance of IgA. These results support our previous findings considering the immunological response after vaccination with the subunit and the attenuated vaccine.
