Sažetak
Inductively coupled oxygen plasma are widely used for materials processing. Optical emission spectroscopy (OES) using fast miniature fiber spectrometer was used for plasma characterization and process monitoring. Images of plasma and accompanying spectra during interaction with aluminium foil are presented.
