Sažetak
In this paper the author presents three models of IT influence based on former studies and explores how the implementation of Information Technology (IT) changes managerial tasks and functions in Croatian companies. The author uses the role of IT in raising business opportunities as a material on which she analyses theviews of writers on "managerial paradigm" versus "labour paradigm" drawing an attention to the fact that it is new ways of continued reproduction of asymmetrical power relations between labour and management that underlies in the background of the concept of a learning company.
