Sažetak
We present a patient with a pseudocyst in the pancreatic head and pseudoaneurysm of the gastroduodenal artery, chronic portal vein trombosis in the setting of portal hypertension, and concurring cavernous transformation. The diagnosis was established by ultrasound and pulsed Doppler, and confirmed by angiography. To our knowlwdge, this is the first report of such an association.
