Sažetak
In the knowlwdge society of today information and communication tecnologies (ICT) help us improve the quality of learning. They are, however, just tools. Pedagogical and organizational developments must take place hand-in-hand with technological ones. We comment on the present state of the use of Internet by students, lecturers and researchers and give the perspectives of its future use, the way we see it. We propose an interactive opponent to the static use of learning materials: the creation and use of programmed learning materials.
