Sažetak
The ESR spectra of (Al0.02In0.98)2Se3 and In 2Se3 are investigated for various concentrations of electrically active defects at the various stages of annealing and crystallographic phases. It was concluded that the ESR signal results from the neutral Al-vacancy complex defect rather than from a simple substitutional Al atom or an Al-vacancy donor complex (4 References).
