Sažetak
In this article a short review of HPL-Chromatographic analyses of representative compounds comprising elements of peptidoglycan structure is given.Numerous non-toxic peptidoglycan fragments of low molecular weight represent an important group of immunomodulators and antitumor and antiviral drugs. Among them are murabutide, muroctasyn, adamantyltripeptides and peptidoglycan monomer.Isolation, purification and characterization of peptidoglycan fragments and novel synthesized compounds were performed using the RP-HPLC.
