Sažetak
The genesis of paranasal sinusitis is influenced by many factors. One of the majaor factors are anatomical variations of the ostiomeatal complex, primarily nasal septum deformities, anatomical variations of nasal conche and nasal polyposis. CT images of 302 patients are presented with statistical data on particular pathologic entities.
