Sažetak
Any disturbance of central nervous system can lead to urinary dysfunction, as well as the disturbance of urogenitaly system itself. In order to evaluate the type and intensity of urinary dysfunction, urodynamic analysis was done. This analysis includes cystometry, uroflow measurement and EMG of the pelvic floor. Urodynamic analysis is performed at Department of Neurology, Laboratory for neurogenic disturbance of urinary blader, using R. Wolf 3-channel Urodynamic system. Since it’ s not possible, by using this method, to perform precise analysis of obtained waveforms, we have computerized the system. The software was made for acquisition of analog signals obtained from urodinarnic device, for their real time display, for control of recording procedure, their precise analysis, storage and printing together with the medical findings.
