Sažetak
Recent development in technology of steels produced by thermomechanical controled processing (TMCP) allowed the appropriate combination of chemical composition, deformation level, rolling temperature and cooling rate to result in easily weldable grades characterized with high strength as well as high ductility and toghness at the same time. The possibility of their application in different service circumstances isn't still fully recognized, particularly the behavior of the welded joints in agressive enviroments wich contein dissolved H2S-gas, a promoter of hydrogen entry into steel. Hence, in this study considerable effort has been directed to the evaluation of welded TMCP plates for resistance to hydrogen induced cracking (HIC) and sulphide stress corrosion cracking (SSC).
